Revised Clearance Guidance

The Pensions Regulator will be issuing revised Clearance guidance by the end of the year which will be of particular importance for trustees who may be involved in corporate activity. The guidance will set out the principles that the Regulator will expect all trustees, employers and advisors involved in corporate transactions to follow - see article "Clearance: from a Trustee's perspective".
